NORMAL BLOOD FLOW IN THE SUPERIOR SAGITTTAL SINUS.

Finding : Coronal sectional study of brain  with high resolution linear probe. Normal blood flow in the sagittal sinus(blue color). Normal blood flow the cortical vessels (As red color).

Significance : Blood flow is not seen due to improper setting of doppler parameters like high filter/low color gain/angle 90 degrees.

Flow is absent in sinus thrombosis.
