INTRACEREBRAL HEMORRHAGE.

CLINICAL PRESENTATION : 45 days infant presented with petecheal        hemorrhages.

Finding : An irregular well defined homogenous hyperechoic lesion in the left lower parietal cortex.

     No calcification.No midline shift.

DIAGNOSIS : ACUTE HEMOARRHAGE IN THE LEFT LOWER PARIETAL CORTEX.
