CT Scan

 Ryle's Tube in the brain

 Patient is unconscious.
    History of  Injury +.

Findings :
A well defined Tortuous tubular structure with streaky metallic artifacts from  at  tip of the tube.   Tube enter the brain through a fracture in the Cribriform plate.
Discussion :
This type of iatrogenic incidents are very rare. Prior to CT scan & even now a days ryle's tube in the  brain is conformed by x-ray skull .
