CARCINOMA RECTUM WITH HEPATIC METASTASIS

COMPLAINTS: 30 years male patient complaining of bleeding through rectum.

FINDINGS :Rectal wall is thickened measuring 1.9 cms. Lumen is eccentric. Liver shows multiple  discrete variable size isoechoic lesions with surrounding thin uniform hypoechoic rim.

DIAGNOSIS: Carcinoma rectum with hepatic metastasis.
